Seamlessly check-in ticket holders with your phone
Prerequisites
Log into your Event Genie account at eventgenie.io on your phone's default internet browser.
Scanning Tickets
Using your phone's camera, scan the ticket holder's QR code and follow the link to Event Genie.io
This will automatically check that person in, and display the number of tickets they have purchased as part of their order.
Example of a successful check-in:
If the QR code has already been scanned, then you will be notified accordingly:
You can continuing scanning via your camera, or check in on total check-ins via the Event Performance link.
