Platform Fee

2% of total sales volume.

We are open to discussing volume-based discounts for your business.

Payment Processing Fees

Our payment processor, Stripe, charges a transaction fee of 2.9% of total ticket sale volume + 30 cents.

Instant Payout Fee

1.5% of the payout amount, with a minimum fee of $0.50. The instant payout amount is capped at $9,999 USD.

Instant Payouts allow you to transfer funds to an eligible debit card or bank account within minutes of a transaction. Funds paid out instantly to a bank account or debit card will generally appear in the associated bank account within 30 minutes.

Some bank accounts do not support instant payouts. A list of eligible accounts can be found here.
