Hosts of events on Event Genie will be able to contact their customers for informational purposes only. Event Genie will not contact event customers outside of transactional emails (purchase confirmations, refund processing, dispute resolution, etc.) unless explicitly opted-in.

Event Genie will be able to contact hosts for operational or transactional concerns.

All marketing communications are strictly opt-in, with the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time.
