What is Anytime Refund?

Anytime Refund allows ticket purchasers to receive a refund of their ticket purchase with minimal conditions attached. It is not insurance, rather it is a ticket upgrade that permits the complete refund of the underlying ticket purchase should one be desired.
Simply reach out to refunds [at] eventgenie.io anytime prior to the start of the event and your refund will be processed with no questions asked!
Example Anytime Refund Usage
Purchase ticket to an event for $20.00, with Anytime Refund also purchased for a separate $4.00
Before the event starts, ticket purchaser requests a refund via email.
$20.00 is credited back to the purchaser's payment method.
Are Tickets Otherwise Refundable?
No other tickets are refundable on the Event Genie platform if Anytime Refund has not been purchased. In the unlikely case that an event is rescheduled or cancelled, hosts are responsible for processing refunds. That refund value will be the ticket price less payment processing and platform fees.
